GOOD TO KNOW

Answers before you order.

What can I write on the light?

A name, dates or a short dedication. We adapt the text to the space within your chosen design. Complete the personalisation fields on the product page and check the spelling and dates before ordering.

Is the dedication included in the price?

Yes, your dedication is included in the displayed price of the personalised light. The available text fields are shown for each design.

Can I add a photograph?

Yes. Choose the photo design and upload your picture on the product page. Use a clear, good-quality photograph with a well-defined face.

What is the difference between engraving and colour printing?

Engraving creates the design in the acrylic surface, while colour printing allows colourful illustrations and photographs. Look at the daytime and illuminated views of your chosen product.

How do I place it and how does it charge?

The light is designed to be pressed straight into the soil. Place it securely with the solar panel in a sunny position. Shade, cloudy weather and shorter days may reduce illumination time.

When will my order arrive?

Production takes 1–2 working days, followed by delivery. Delivery times vary by country. For All Saints’ Day on 1 November or another specific date, order early and allow some extra time. Check delivery times →
